  • Degree in architecture related field at University or college level. Certification is an asset.<\/span><\/li>
  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction, field review and contract administration<\/span><\/li>
  • Sound knowledge of and experience in construction procedures, field review and contract administration<\/span><\/li>
  • Well established knowledge of building science, detailing, construction methodology and materials applications<\/span><\/li>
  • Knowledge and experience in best practices in building and construction detailing<\/span><\/li>
  • Good understanding of OBC and various building codes<\/span><\/li>
  • Good knowledge of construction materials and methods<\/span><\/li>
  • Well-developed ability to understand technical matters with attention \u200eto details<\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent Communication Skills<\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to think fast and solve problems with expedience<\/span><\/li>
  • Superior drafting skills and ability to adhere to strict drafting standards<\/span><\/li>
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is a must<\/span><\/li>
  • Commitment to meeting strict deadlines, hardworking, self-motivated, passion to quality \u200eand excellence, \u200eand self-improvement\u200e<\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to take direction, efficient use of time and to adhere to strict quality standards<\/span><\/li>
  • Good leadership and problem solving and people skills<\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent organizational skills, of own work and others involved in the project<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
